1lb fresh mushrooms (canned works too)
1 Tablespoon butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 cup uncooked rice (DO NOT use minute rice)
4 chicken breast halves (can use legs and thighs)
1/2 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
Saute mushrooms in butter. Pour chicken soup in 13×9 inch casserole dish. Add milk gradually then mushrooms. Spread rice over soup and mushrooms lightly mix together. Place chicken over rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and Bake at 350* for about an hour or until 165*.
