This is a great crock pot or roaster meal. Meat also freezes well for use on a busy night!
1 6lb beef chuck roast
1/2 cup brown sugar
14ounce bottle of catsup
1 small onion chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place all ingredients in crock pot or roaster and cook on low until beef is tender and can be flaked apart. Add a little water if you are worried about it being too dry at first. I usually let my cook for 10 hours or so. This can also be done over night and reheated for later use.
