Its fast it's easy and its a little spin on a classic. It can be a 30 minute meal which so great for busy schedules.

Serves: 4
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 ounce can of diced tomatoes
  • 12 ounce can V-8 Juice
  • 5 slices American Cheese
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles
  1. Brown ground beef with salt and garlic- drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and V-8. Simmer 20 minutes. Lay cheese on top and let melt. Stir just before serving.
  2. Serve over spaghetti- This will be enough for 4 people. Not a tick sauce but very tasty.
