Chicken Breast and Cream Sauce
Quick and Easy Chicken in a cream sauce. This dish holds very well, the chicken keeps getting more tender. This can be made the day ahead and baked the next day.

- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1½ sticks melted butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 6.5 ounce can of mushroom pieces (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Slice chicken in half, lengthwise so the breast is thinner. Arrange chicken in shallow casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over chicken. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Place uncovered dish in a oven pre-heated to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
