Its fast it's easy and its a little spin on a classic. It can be a 30 minute meal which so great for busy schedules.
Recipe type: Stove Top
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 ounce can of diced tomatoes
- 12 ounce can V-8 Juice
- 5 slices American Cheese
- 8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles
- Brown ground beef with salt and garlic- drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes and V-8. Simmer 20 minutes. Lay cheese on top and let melt. Stir just before serving.
- Serve over spaghetti- This will be enough for 4 people. Not a tick sauce but very tasty.
