20 ounces Crushed Pineapples (do not drain)
2/3 cup sugar
Bring sugar and crushed pineapple together to a boil for 3 minutes. Stir in 1 small box of lemon jello.
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup celery
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (you can omit)
1 cup grapes
Mix all these together then fold in 1 cup of whip cream.
Mix the crushed pineapple, sugar and jello mixture with the cream cheese mixture. Pour into an 9×13 pan and refrigerate covered until set up.
Cut into squares and serve on a plate over a piece of lettuce for garnish.
