1/2 c light brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Ohio maple syrup
1/2 lb thick bacon
Preheat oven to 375*. Place brown sugar and pecans in food processor till finely ground. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pulse to combine.
Cut bacon in half and place on baking rack. Spread mixture on top of bacon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, do not under bake. Remove from oven.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
