1 can cream-of-chicken soup
1 container sour cream
2 Tablespoons of dried minced onions
1 bag 2 cups Sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
4 cups of cornflakes crushed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Into a 9×13 baking pan, pour hash browns.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream-of-chicken soup, sour cream, minced onion and cheddar cheese until combined. Pour mixture over hash browns and stir together until combined; sprinkle with cornflakes and drizzle butter over top.
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
