½ cup (1 stick) margarine
½ cup milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2lb. package confectioner sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Spray 9-inch square pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Cook margarine, milk, and peanut butter, in large saucepan, over very low heat stirring constantly, until mixture is melted. With wooden spoon, gradually stir in confectioner sugar and vanilla. Remove from heat.
Pour into prepared pan. Let stand until firm. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 81 squares.
