Old Fashioned Pie Crust
Just like Grandma used to make!

Recipe type: Dessert
- 3 cups flour
- 1 heaping cup of Crisco half butter half traditional Crisco
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoons cold water
- Sift flour, add salt and cut in Crisco with a pastry knife or use hands like I do.
- Add in water and do not over work dough this will make it tough and not flakey when you bake it.
- This makes 2 two crusted pie shells.
