11/2 heads lettuce torn
1 small bunch of romaine lettuce
1 can rice noodles
1 package small slivered almond,s toasted
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
3 green onions sliced
4 halves cooked chicken breasts sliced or chunked
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix together very well in shaker or mason jar. May need to stir initially to get the flavors melded. I typically make this the day before for optimal flavor.
Toss salad with dressing and rice noodles just before serving. Add more or less chicken as desired.
