Sausage Egg and Cheese Casserole
Need to serve breakfast to a crowd? This is the perfect recipe.
- 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 2.5 cups grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- Spread sausage in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with cheese. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
