Oh how I love potatoes. They are a food that no matter what meal they hit the spot. From fried, baked smashed, mashed, shredded, cubed….you catch the drift, I love this little food. While I was in Amsterdam this past fall I even tried fried potatoes (fries) that you dip in warm mayo, it was amazing.
Here are some of my favorite potato recipes that will not disappoint. I am making the Honey baked Ham potatoes for our Easter Celebration. This recipe is always a fabulous after Easter recipe to use up extra ham and you have a 1 and done easy meal.
