2- 12oz Bag of Butterscotch Chips
1 12oz Bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3 cups Sea Salted Roasted Peanuts (or your favorite nut)
Want to pack some extra protein use a roasted soy nut….you will love it!
Melt butterscotch chips and semi sweet chips together in a non stick pan or using a double boiler method. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add in peanuts until covered in chocolate. I use lots of nuts, but you can use as many or as few as you like. Take a small melon baller and scoop onto wax paper. Let them set up and then store in an air tight bag or tin.
You can double this recipe…you will probably want to once you taste them!
